Mala Devi wife of Lotan Sah\n                  3. Maha Devi wife of Kunji Sah\n                     All resident of village Pipra, P.S.-Banmankhi, District-\n                     Purnea.\n                               Versus\n                     The State Of Bihar\n                                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n
3.   28.09.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n
                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n
                                The above named petitioners are accused in this<\/p>\n
                     case being brother-in-law, sister-in-law and mother-in-law<\/p>\n
                     of the deceased sister of the informant who died within 12<\/p>\n
                     years of her marriage after having four children.<\/p>\n
                                Submission is that they have been falsely<\/p>\n
                     implicated in this case, whereas deceased committed suicide<\/p>\n
                     by administering poison. Except suspicion that petitioners<\/p>\n
                     tortured her and compelled to commit suicide. There is<\/p>\n
                     absolutely nothing against them.\n<\/p>\n
                                Considering the facts and circumstances, in the<\/p>\n
                     event of their arrest\/ surrender before the Court below<\/p>\n
                     within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be<\/p>\n
                     enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n
                     thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount
\n                            2<\/span><\/p>\n
         each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea,<\/p>\n
         in connection with      Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2010,<\/p>\n
         subject to condition laid down under Section 438(2)<\/a> of the<\/p>\n
         Code of Criminal Procedure Code with additional condition<\/p>\n
         to remain physically present before the Court below on each<\/p>\n
         and every date at least for two years or till disposal of the<\/p>\n
         case, whichever, is earlier, in case of failure      on two<\/p>\n
         consecutive    dates,    without   giving   any    reasonable<\/p>\n
         explanation, the liberty granted shall be deemed to be<\/p>\n
         cancelled.\n<\/p>\n
