P1order of assessment for the year 2005-06,<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has filed Ext. P3 appeal and Ext. P3(b) stay petition.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, in so far as Ext. P2 order of assessment for the year 2006-<\/p>\n<p>07 is concerned, the petitioner has filed Ext. P4 appeal and Ext. P4<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">(b) stay petition. While these appeals and stay petitions are pending<\/p>\n<p>consideration of the 2nd respondent, recovery proceedings have<\/p>\n<p>been initiated by issuing Exts. P5 and P5(a). It is in the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>background this writ petition has been filed.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      2. Having regard to the facts as stated above, this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>is disposed of directing that the 2nd respondent shall hear and<\/p>\n<p>decide on Exts. P3(b) and P4(b) stay petitions filed along with Exts.<\/p>\n<p>P3 and P4 appeals.           This, the 2nd respondent shall do as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 4 weeks of production<\/p>\n<p>of a copy of this judgment. In the meanwhile further proceedings<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">W.P.(C) No. 8224 OF 2008         -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>pursuant to Exts.
