It<\/p>\n<p> snot diffiouit for the appelfanlt to have \ufb01nd out from its<\/p>\n<p> 4;feeo?lr:\u00e9s**&#8221;Aes to whether the particulars given by the<\/p>\n<p> Eespolndent is true or otherwise. The enquiry, under Section<\/p>\n<p> of the E51 Act, wiil have the necessary moorings of a<\/p>\n<p>inquisitorial enquiry.
