(C) No<\/a>.17247 OF 2009\n                 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                  Dated this the 23rd day of June, 2009\n\n                                J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Aggrieved by an order for payment of damages and interest<\/p>\n<p>passed by the 3rd respondent, <a href=\"\/doc\/397345\/\" id=\"a_1\">UNDER THE EPF Act<\/a>, the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>preferred Ext.P2 and P3 appeals before the Appellate Tribunal. Orders<\/p>\n<p>are yet to be passed on the appeals. In the meanwhile the petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>bank accounts are directed to be frozen. Hence the writ petition.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   I heard the learned standing counsel for the respondents<\/p>\n<p>also. He submits that the appeals are posted before the Tribunal in the<\/p>\n<p>first week of July, 2009. It is upto the petitioner to move the Appellate<\/p>\n<p>Tribunal for appropriate interim orders.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.   In the result, the respondents are directed to keep in<\/p>\n<p>abeyance the enforcement of Ext.P6 for a period of two months from<\/p>\n<p>today. In the meanwhile the petitioner shall approach the Appellate<\/p>\n<p>Tribunal and move for appropriate interim orders.
