(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">           The petition has been filed without proper foundation. The claim<\/p>\n<p>is that for 12 days in the month of February 2009, salary was not paid. This<\/p>\n<p>is without any show cause notice or any decision to that effect. The pay slip<\/p>\n<p>to show that the salary for 12 days was withheld has not been appended.
