One of the<br \/>\nappellants Bakulbhai Jagjivandas Patel died on 15.08.2009, and the<br \/>\npresent application for bringing heirs according to Mr.Vyas, is filed<br \/>\nwithin stipulated period. The application is, therefore, allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tHeirs<br \/>\nof deceased Bakulbhai Jagjivandas Patel as mentioned in paragraph 2<br \/>\nof the application are permitted to be brought on record.
