RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                            - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                      BAIL APPLICATION NO.492  OF 2007\n\n                - - - - - - - - - ----------------------- - - - - - -\n\n             DATED THIS THE 31st  DAY OF JANUARY, 2007\n\n\n                                       O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       Petitioner   who   is   the   second   accused   in   Crime   No.9\/07   of<\/p>\n<p>Kodencherry Police Station for offences punishable under sections 52A<\/p>\n<p>and   68A   of   the   Copy   Right   Act,   1957   in   respect   of   allegedly   pirated<\/p>\n<p>CDs,  seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       2.      Even   though   the   learned   Public   Prosecutor   opposed   the<\/p>\n<p>application,   having   regard   to   the   fact   that   this   court   has   already<\/p>\n<p>granted anticipatory bail to similarly situated persons, I see no reason<\/p>\n<p>why   the   petitioner   should   be   treated   differently.   Accordingly,   a<\/p>\n<p>direction   is   issued   to   the   officer-in-charge   of   the   police   station<\/p>\n<p>concerned to release the petitioner on bail for a period of one month<\/p>\n<p>in   the   event   of   his   arrest   in   connection   with   the   above   case   on   his<\/p>\n<p>executing   a   bond   for   Rs.10,000\/-   with   two   solvent   sureties   each   for<\/p>\n<p>the like amount to the satisfaction of the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>                1.      Petitioner   shall   report   before   the   Investigating<\/p>\n<p>                Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>                2.     The   petitioner   shall   make     himself   available   for<\/p>\n<p>                interrogation as and when  required by the  Investigating<\/p>\n<p>                Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_2\"><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_3\"><p>B.A.NO.492\/07                           Page numbers<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_4\"><p>                 3.       The   petitioner   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate   the<\/p>\n<p>                 prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper with<\/p>\n<p>                 the evidence for the prosecution.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_5\"><p>                 4.       Petitioner   shall   not   commit   any   offence   while   on<\/p>\n<p>                 bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_6\">\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_7\"><p>                 5.
