The jail report shows that he was released<br \/>\n\ton furlough and he has surrendered in time.\n<\/p>\n<p>Under<br \/>\n\tthese circumstances, the applicant &#8211; convict be released on<br \/>\n\ttemporary bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his actual<br \/>\n\trelease on condition that he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/-<br \/>\n\twith the further direction that upon the expiry of the bail period,<br \/>\n\the shall surrender before the concerned jail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplication is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
