The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submitted that no crime has been registered and that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is not wanted in connection with the allegations in<\/p>\n<p>the petition.          If so, the apprehension of arrest and<\/p>\n<p>harassment entertained by the petitioner is unfounded.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      Recording   the    submission      made     by  the  Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor, this petition is closed.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                              V.
