                                2. This writ petition has been filed praying,<\/p>\n
                    inter alia, to direct the State-respondent i.e. District<\/p>\n
                    Magistrate, Sitamarhi to accept the joining of the<\/p>\n
                    petitioners on Class-IV post pursuant to appointment<\/p>\n
                    order dated 01.09.2005, Annexure-2 issued in the<\/p>\n
                    light of Advertisement No. 01 dated 23rd November,<\/p>\n
                    2004, Annexure-1.\n<\/p>\n
                                3. From the counter affidavit filed in the<\/p>\n
                    instant case duly affirmed by Sri Gayan Kumar Ram,<\/p>\n
                    Incharge Deputy Collector, District Establishment,<\/p>\n
                    Sitamarhi it appears that petitioners have already<\/p>\n
                    been      appointed            vide   memo   no.   16\/imp   dated<\/p>\n
                    16.3.2007 and memo no. 9imp dated 27.2.2007,<\/p>\n
                    Annexure-A and B to the said counter affidavit.<\/p>\n
                                4. In the circumstances, the writ petition is<\/p>\n
                    disposed of in the light of the statement made in<\/p>\n
