They have visited to<br \/>\nremote places where relatives of the corpus or the respondent are<br \/>\nresiding, but in vain.  Under the circumstances, we are satisfied<br \/>\nthat the investigation is being carried out by the agency with due<br \/>\ndiligence to trace the corpus.  The failure to trace the corpus<br \/>\ncannot be attributed to lack of action on part of the investigating<br \/>\nagency.  In our view, no fruitful purpose is going to be served by<br \/>\nkeeping this matter alive.  We therefore dispose of this petition<br \/>\nwhile directing the investigating agency to continue with the<br \/>\ninvestigation to trace the corpus in best possible manner.  The<br \/>\npetition stands disposed of.
