Yadav that the amount of Rs.5 lacs has<br \/>\nbeen deposited in three instalments i.e. (i) Rs.1,67,000\/- (ii)<br \/>\nRs.1,66,500\/- and (iii) Rs.1,66,500\/-. Now under the circumstances,<br \/>\nthe Official Liquidator by engaging some Expert shall get the<br \/>\nverification on the following aspects :\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">(1)\tWhether,<br \/>\nthere is any separate terrace right available in the premises or not,<br \/>\nif yes, valuation thereof.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">(2)\tWhether,<br \/>\nthere are any individual properties of the alleged contemner who were<br \/>\nBholabhai Valjibhai Patel, Gokul Valjibhai Patel and Gordhan<br \/>\nValjibhai Patel.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">2.\tThe<br \/>\nOfficial Liquidator shall also report to this Court about the shops,<br \/>\nif any, of which the possession has been taken over by Official<br \/>\nLiquidator and whether any claim has been made therein by any party<br \/>\nand the valuation thereof.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">3.<br \/>\nIt will be open to the contemner to supply relevant documents for<br \/>\nsuch purpose to the office of the Official Liquidator for the Expert<br \/>\nengaged for this purpose.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">4.\tS.O.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">to 20.09.2011.
