Shelat learned advocate for petitioner, Mr. Ramnandan<br \/>\n\tSingh for respondent no. 1 and Mr. Pathak learned AGP for respondent<br \/>\n\tno. 3.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">In<br \/>\n\tview of the submissions made by Mr. Shelat learned advocate for<br \/>\n\tpetitioner &#8211; University that M.S. University, Baroda has<br \/>\n\talready forwarded the proposal to the State Government in accordance<br \/>\n\twith law with regard to payment of conveyance\/transport allowances<br \/>\n\tof original applicant pursuant to the original order dated<br \/>\n\t13.10.2008 passed by the Gujarat  Universities Services Tribunal,<br \/>\n\tAhmedabad. However,in execution petition filed by the judgment<br \/>\n\tholder, the Tribunal has directed to comply with the order and to<br \/>\n\tpay the arrears of conveyance allowance  to all, but at the same<br \/>\n\ttime, held that the University is primarily liable to pay such<br \/>\n\tarrears etc.<\/p>\n<p>Original<br \/>\n\torder passed by the Tribunal was challenged by the State Government<br \/>\n\tby filing writ petition and in failing the petition, LPA was filed<br \/>\n\twhich also came to be dismissed and, thus, the order passed by the<br \/>\n\tTribunal in original proceedings remained final.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">In<br \/>\n\tthe above back-drop of the facts, learned AGP to report this court<br \/>\n\tabout the status of compliance of the order passed by the Tribunal<br \/>\n\tdirecting to pay conveyance allowances.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">SO<br \/>\n\tto 10.10.2011. Interim relief granted earlier shall stands continued<br \/>\n\ttill further order.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\tCopy<br \/>\nof this order be given to learned AGP.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">[ANANT<br \/>\nS.
