tender covers were not sealed with w:a’x.*’ At the tirrre<\/p>\n
opening the tenders, other tenderers iovbj’ected’V:’to,i.’o.g3en3 the <\/p>\n
tender covers of the Jpetitionerw\u00bb.on=.__the” afoV.rerVn:’entioned
\ngrounds, inasmuch as, the-tendiehr  the petitioner
\nwas not in accordance with Therefore,
\nthe respondents’   tenders of the<\/p>\n

respondentsin Vnotpi-ope_ni’r.o the tenders of the petitioner,<\/p>\n

   the work. In View of the same, nothing stirvives<\/p>\n
consideration in this petition. Be that as it may, this<\/p>\n
