                            Petitioners are Bhaisur, Gotani, mother-<\/p>\n
                 in-law and husband of the deceased, alleged for<\/p>\n
                 killing informant’s daughter for non-fulfilment<\/p>\n
                 of     demand    of     dowry      within    seven       years     of<\/p>\n
                 marriage in matrimonial house.\n<\/p>\n
                            Submission is that there is no substance<\/p>\n
                 in the allegation nor there was any eye witness<\/p>\n
                 which was realized later and husband was married<\/p>\n
                 with     another        daughter      of         the     informant,<\/p>\n
                 sufficient         to      belie     the         allegation       for<\/p>\n
                 anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n
                            Thus,      having     regard     to    the    facts    and<\/p>\n
                 circumstances         of   the     case,    in     the    event   of<\/p>\n
                 arrest or surrender within one month from the<\/p>\n
                 date of communication of this order, the above<\/p>\n
                 named petitioners shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n
                 furnishing       bail       bond     of     Rs.        10,000\/-(ten
\n                         2<\/span><\/p>\n
     thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n
     amount     each    to     the     satisfaction       of    Chief<\/p>\n
     Judicial    Magistrate,         Banka   in   Banka   (Barahat)<\/p>\n
     P.S.   Case   No.      168   of     2009,    subject      to   the<\/p>\n
     condition     as   laid      down   under    section      438(2)<\/a><\/p>\n
