PANWAR\n\nMr. Ramesh Purohit, for the petitioner.\nMr.R.L.Jangid, Addl.Advocate General for the respondents.\n\n            Learned       counsel    for      the     parties    submits   that\n\ncontroversy involved in the instant writ petition stands concluded\n\nby   a   decision    of   this    Court       in     S.B.Civil   Writ   Petition\n\nNo.8769\/2008; Smt.Vishnu Kanwar Vs. State of Rajasthan &amp;\n\nOrs., decided on 21.11.2008.\n\n            A reply to the writ petition has been filed by the\n\nrespondent-State. In para 3 of the reply, it has been stated that\n\nthe grounds raised by the petitioner stands decided by this Court\n\nin S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.8769\/2008; Smt.Vishnu Kanwar Vs.\n\nState of Rajasthan &amp; Ors, decided on 21.11.2008. However,\n\nlearned Additional Advocate General submits that thereafter, the\n\nState Government has issued two notifications being notification\n\nNo.\u092a.20(22)    \u092a\u0936   \/2005    \u092a\u0930     dated      1st      January,   2009    and\n\nnotification No.\u0936 \u0935 \u0930 \/\u092a \u0930.\/\u0928 \u092f0 \u092a 0\/\u092a\u092c \u0927\u0915\/18547\/ 08\/10 dated 2nd\n\nJanuary, 2009 and therefore, the respondents may be directed\n\nto proceed in accordance with the said two notifications.\n\n            In this view of the matter, the writ petition is allowed\n                                      2\n\n     in terms of the order of this Court dated 21.11.2008 passed in\n\n     S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.8769\/2008, Smt.Vishnu Kanwar Vs.\n\n     State of Rajasthan &amp; Ors. and keeping in view the notifications\n\n     Annexure-R\/1 dated 1st January, 2009 and Annexure-R\/2 dated\n\n     2nd January, 2009, the respondents are directed to consider the\n\n     period consumed by the petitioner in undergoing training\n\n     necessary for appointment as Prabodhak, the period of leave\n\n     sanctioned or the leave availed for the reasons beyond control as\n\n     part of teaching experience acquired. The period aforesaid is also\n\n     not required to be considered as break in service. As such, the\n\n     respondents should act expeditiously to give effect to the select\n\n     list relating to the petitioner and also relating to the persons\n\n     similarly situated, as far as possible within a period of 15 days\n\n     from today by giving appointment to her, if she is otherwise\n\n     eligible. It shall be open for the respondents to demand original\n\n     documents and other relevant facts from the petitioner to get\n\n     satisfied about her claim for the period relating to teaching\n\n     experience and leave in question.\n\n\n\n                                                   (H.R.
