Thankappan to the judgment of this<\/p>\n<p>court in LAA.449\/2008. A copy of the judgment is placed<\/p>\n<p>before us. It is seen from the judgment that enhancement at<\/p>\n<p>the rates granted under the impugned judgment in a<\/p>\n<p>connected matter has been approved by this court by<\/p>\n<p>dismissing the State appeal.
