On merits it is seen that the<\/p>\n<p>appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in L.A.R.No.69\/2004<\/p>\n<p>on the file of the Sub Court, Thalassery. The acquisition is for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of Thalassery-Mahe by-pass. The reference court has fixed<\/p>\n<p>the land value at the rate of Rs.17,500\/- per cent, which has already<\/p>\n<p>been sustained by this Court in several cases.
