2\/      17.09.2010             Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n
                                 Petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 395<\/a><\/p>\n
                     and 397<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n
                     petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and nothing<\/p>\n
                     has been recovered from his possession. He further submits that<\/p>\n
                     his name has transpired in the confessional statement of co-<\/p>\n
                     accused and he has not been put on T. I. Parade.<\/p>\n
                                 In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is<\/p>\n
                     directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n
                     5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n
                     to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in<\/p>\n
                     connection with Digha P.S. case no210 of 2008, with the condition<\/p>\n
                     that he will not physically absent for two consecutive dates at<\/p>\n
                     stretch, till two witnesses are examined.<\/p>\n
