Thus, the information was already provided to the Appellant as per the time\nschedule.\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nThe Appellant was not satisfied with the reply provided by the PIO.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\nThe FAA directed the PIO to provide the Appellant with the required information as available with\nthem within 10 days of receipt of this order.\n\nGround of the Second Appeal:\nNo information was provided to the Appellant even after the directions of FAA.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\"> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Kartar Singh on video conference from NIC-Kolkata Studio;<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Ujjaal Kumar, PIO &amp; AGM on video conference from NIC-Kolkata Studio;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">       The PIO had dispatched the information as order by the First Appellate Authority on<br \/>\n11\/04\/2011. However, it appears that the information provided was of another employee in the same<br \/>\nname.
