Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :20\/08\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) NO.26734 OF 2010(N)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 20th day of August, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     Practitioners stated that they are Head Constables and Police<\/p>\n<p>constables in the AR Camp working in the Driver category. Their<\/p>\n<p>claim is that their previous military service have not been reckoned<\/p>\n<p>for higher grade. This claim has already been upheld in Exts.P11<\/p>\n<p>and P12 judgments. Petitioners are also referring to Ext.P7<\/p>\n<p>Government Order, where according to them similar benefits have<\/p>\n<p>been extended to some of their colleagues.             It is stated that the<\/p>\n<p>representations filed by them seeking identical benefits have not<\/p>\n<p>been considered and therefore the writ petition is field.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     2. Having regard to the above grievance of the              petitioners<\/p>\n<p>and the grievance of the petitioners that Exts.P9 and P10 and<\/p>\n<p>similar representations filed by them are pending before the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent    I   direct    the   4th   respondent       to   consider  the<\/p>\n<p>representations made by the petitioners and pass orders thereon, in<\/p>\n<p>the light of Exts.P7,P11 and P12.
