it is not in dispute that occupancy right relating to the suit<\/p>\n

died in the year 1985. It is the ease of defendant No.1<\/p>\n
that her father had executed a Will–Ex.D.22 dated<\/p>\n
12.4.1983 and was registzered in the office of <\/p>\n
Registrar. Byndoor; by the said Will his  <\/p>\n
bequeathed all the suit properties :’;1i”h’er.     <\/p>\n

of the evidence on record has  that  of
