No.33695 of 2010\n                           PANNALAL SAH\n                               Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   11.10.2010.                Learned        counsel      for     the    petitioner       is<\/p>\n<p>                   permitted         to    add      the    complainant       as    opposite<\/p>\n<p>                   party no.2 to the present proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner apprehends his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Complaint Case No.2530 of 2008<\/p>\n<p>                   for the offences punishable under sections 498A<\/p>\n<p>                   and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3\/4<\/p>\n<p>                   of the Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Learned counsel for the petitioner, while<\/p>\n<p>                   denying       the      allegation       made     in    the    complaint,<\/p>\n<p>                   submits that the allegations are levelled in most<\/p>\n<p>                   vague and omnibus manner. Learned counsel refers<\/p>\n<p>                   to     para-8          of    the       application       wherein        the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner expressed his willing to keep his wife<\/p>\n<p>                   in     the    matrimonial           home       with    due     care     and<\/p>\n<p>                   dignity.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                In     the     circumstances,          Issue      notice    to<\/p>\n<p>                   opposite       party        no.2    under      registered       cover    as<\/p>\n<p>                   well     as       under       ordinary         process        for     which<\/p>\n<p>                   requisites          etc.    be     filed    by     tomorrow,        failing<\/p>\n<p>                   which     this         application         shall      stand    dismissed<\/p>\n<p>                   without reference to the bench.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              Put up after service of the notice.<\/p>\n<p>              In the meantime, no coercive steps shall<\/p>\n<p>      be taken for the arrest of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                              (Jyotii Saran,J.)<\/p>\n<p>ahk\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Pannalal Sah vs The State Of Bihar on 11 October, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
