MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nappellant has challenged the common order dated 19.9.2008 passed by<br \/>\nthe learned Single Judge in different writ petitions whereby and<br \/>\nwhereunder the revised policy and revision of license fee was upheld.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\tThe<br \/>\nlearned counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent<br \/>\n  Corporation brought to the notice of the Court that the common<br \/>\njudgment in question was challenged before a Division Bench of this<br \/>\nCourt in Letters Patent Appeal Nos. 186 to 198 and 2009 and other<br \/>\nappeals.   By the common judgment dated 5.3.2009, the Division Bench<br \/>\ndismissed the appeals and affirmed the order passed by the learned<br \/>\nSingle Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.\tHaving<br \/>\nregard to the facts and circumstances, as the case of the appellant<br \/>\nis covered by the aforesaid judgment, we also dismiss this appeal for<br \/>\nthe same reason and ground mentioned in the judgment.
