                    IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                                 Cr.Misc. No.44010 of 2010\n                                        NAGO KEWAT\n                                             Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n\n02\/    19.01.2011<\/pre>\n
              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n
                    P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                               Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Belchi P.S. Case<\/p>\n
                    no.16\/2010 registered under sections 302<\/a> and 201<\/a>\/34<\/a> of the IPC.<\/p>\n
                               Although the petitioner is named in the first information<\/p>\n
                    report but only suspicion has been raised against him and it is stated<\/p>\n
                    that prior to the alleged occurrence some altercations had taken place<\/p>\n
                    between wife of the deceased and one Balgovind Kewat on account of<\/p>\n
                    plucking of some vegetables from the field of the aforesaid Balgovind<\/p>\n
                    Kewat.\n<\/p>\n
                               Although the learned Sessions Judge has referred other<\/p>\n
                    circumstantial evidence to connect the petitioner in the alleged crime<\/p>\n
                    but considering the totality of the above stated circumstantial evidence<\/p>\n
                    as well as facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Nago Kewat<\/p>\n
                    is directed to be released on bail in connection with Belchi P.S. Case<\/p>\n
                    no. 16\/2010 on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties<\/p>\n
                    of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial<\/p>\n
