Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S.Case No. 210 of 2009, GR No. 1693<\/p>\n<p>                     of 2009 for the offences under <a href=\"\/doc\/619940\/\" id=\"a_1\">sections 363<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/886598\/\" id=\"a_1\">365<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_2\">34<\/a> of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail on the strength that<\/p>\n<p>                     three similarly situated co-accused have already been extended the<\/p>\n<p>                     privilege of bail. This fact has been mentioned in paragraph 7 of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petition.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                      The first information report was lodged against four<\/p>\n<p>                     accused persons which includes the petitioner. Since other three<\/p>\n<p>                     accused persons on similar allegation have been extended privilege<\/p>\n<p>                     of bail, there is no reason to deny the prayer for bail of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                     Khagaria in connection with Suppl.Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S.Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                     210 of 2009, G.R.No. 1693 of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">Md.S.
