No.44830 of 2010\n                                       Amritanshu\n                                          Versus\n                            The State Of Bihar And Anr.\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">5   13.7.2011              Heard    learned       counsel        for   the<\/p>\n<p>                parties.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                           Impersonation            in        appearing<\/p>\n<p>                entrance examination in MBBS course is the<\/p>\n<p>                allegation. Submission is that petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                was refused admission by the Principal and<\/p>\n<p>                was admitted only after decision of the<\/p>\n<p>                High Court vide C.W.J.C.no. 8600 of 2009,<\/p>\n<p>                for that grudge only has been made accused<\/p>\n<p>                in the case otherwise photo used at the<\/p>\n<p>                time of appearance in entrance test with<\/p>\n<p>                genuine     one     is     not     tallied       by    the<\/p>\n<p>                Investigating Officer.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                           Thus, having regard to the facts<\/p>\n<p>                and    circumstances       of     the    case,    in   the<\/p>\n<p>                event of arrest or surrender within one<\/p>\n<p>                month from the date of communication of<\/p>\n<p>                this   order,      the    above    named     petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                shall be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                bail   bond   of    Rs.    10,000\/-(ten       thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                with two sureties of the like amount each<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     to     the    satisfaction         of    Chief     Judicial<\/p>\n<p>     Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Ahiyapur P.S.<\/p>\n<p>     Case    No.    361       of     2010,    subject    to   the<\/p>\n<p>     condition       as       laid     down    under     <a href=\"\/doc\/1692057\/\" id=\"a_1\">section<\/p>\n<p>     438(2)<\/a> Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">AI                                               ( Mandhata Singh, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Amritanshu vs The State Of Bihar And Anr. on 13 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
