As regards the compensation towards loss of\n\nearning capacity andfuture loss Qf earnings is concerned, the\n\nClaimant had not examined the doctor to prove  \n\nof injuries and nature of disability. In the \n\nthe Tribunal was justified in   'ela*i.rii._Tlor \n\ncompensation towards loss ofrearnirtg \u00a2't\u00a7I.pCLCilfl_}~'V.',.C1l'l,Cl'.\"_fttf'Ltl't3 V\n\nloss of earnings.\n\n6. REGARDINCJ  Tribunal has\ndismissed the olairn agaiirist:  Company by\nholding that___thle  Company did\nnot   was a pillion rider of\n\nthe motor cfyclel i-\"m.-&lt;r_)_plV\\&#039;2&#039;v:t--*.d&#039;  -- accident.\n\nAs coiild &quot;beVVs_ee&#039;11_lll&#039;i&#039;o:rn the copy of the policy if3x.R--l.\n\n ~.the\u00bb&#039;:iri~s1;red..y_had paid...p&#039;remium not only to cover the risk of\n\nV&quot;1k&#039;ti}i&#039;I:;C.1l&#039;_ also to cover own damage. In the\n\n ll hold that the policy did cover the risk of\n\npillion.  Therefore. I hold that both the insured and\n\nA &quot;insurer are jointly and severally liable to pay C mpensation.\n. _ _. it\n\nl\\~a ~w-.\u00a2a\/w~ \n\n\n\n7.
