Kindly provide the details subject-wise<br \/>\n       and course-wise.\n<\/p>\n<p>    2. (a)      Kindly provide Xerox Copy of the file noting on the file with regard to processing of the<br \/>\n       abovementioned applications, and appointment of inspectors for starting of the higher course \/ increase in<br \/>\n       capacity including postgraduate degree \/ diploma and super specialty courses for the Academic Year 2011-<br \/>\n       12 from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal.                                        (b)Kindly provide<br \/>\n       information regarding about the person, who from the Board of Governors had appointed inspectors to<br \/>\n       carry out inspection of Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. Please provide Xerox copies of the file notings<br \/>\n       of the files of all these applications.\n<\/p>\n<p>    3. (a)      Kindly provide information, who had considered the inspection reports for starting of the higher<br \/>\n       course \/ increase in capacity including postgraduate degree \/ diploma and super specialty courses for the<br \/>\n       Academic Year 2011- 12 in Kasturba Medical College, Manipal in the Medical Council of India&#8211; i.e.,<br \/>\n       whether these reports were considered by Postgraduate Committee or by Board of Governors or by both?\n<\/p>\n<p>       (b)      Kindly specify the names of the members of the Postgraduate Committee and\/or Board of<br \/>\n       Governors who had participated in taking decisions in respect of consideration of inspection reports for the<br \/>\n       above mentioned applications for starting of the higher course\/increase in capacity including postgraduate<br \/>\n       degree \/ diploma and super specialty courses for the Academic Year 2011-12 at Kasturba Medical College<br \/>\n       Manipal. (a)     Kindly provide current status of the applications for starting of new postgraduate courses or<br \/>\n        increase of seats in postgraduate diploma and degree and super specialty courses for the Academic year<br \/>\n        2011-12 at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal.                                          (b) Kindly provide<br \/>\n        the subject-wise and course-wise list indicating the number of seats sanctioned for starting of postgraduate<br \/>\n        courses or increase of seats in postgraduate diploma and degree and super specialty courses for the<br \/>\n        Academic year 2011-12 at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal.\n<\/p>\n<p>        (c)     Kindly provide Xerox copies of orders sanctioning of LOP in respect of applications for starting of<br \/>\n        new postgraduate courses or increase of seats in postgraduate diploma and degree and super specialty<br \/>\n        courses for the Academic year 2011-12 at Kasturba Medical College1 Manipal.\n<\/p>\n<p>     5. Information is required by Registered AD or Speed Post,<\/p>\n<p>PIO response:-\n<\/p>\n<p>Answer no. 1, 2, 3 &amp; 4 :-        The information\/documents desired by you are too much immense &amp; voluminous<br \/>\nand hence you are requested to inspect the council- record at council office during working days between 3.00 pm<br \/>\nto 5.00 pm with prior intimation to the Council.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information was given by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\n<\/p>\n<p>        On perusal of your applications dated 29.03.2011 received in the council office on 31.03.2011 and the reply<br \/>\nsent by the P10, vide letter dated 15.04.2011 &amp; 25.04.2011 (copies enclosed). It is reiterated the information sought<br \/>\nby you are voluminous in nature. The collection of such information would lead to disproportionate diversion of<br \/>\nresources of Medical Council of India. Therefore, you are requested to inspect the council record in any working<br \/>\nday i.e. Monday to Friday between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. with prior intimation to the council and collect the<br \/>\nrelevant information as sought by you in your application.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory reply and Order of FAA received by the Appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing the on<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Vinod Kumar on behalf of Mr. Abhishek Misra<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Sujit Prasad, Retainer Advocate, MCI Dwarka.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO had offered the inspection of the relevant records since the information sought is not available in the<br \/>\ncompiled format and providing the information would disproportionately divert the resources of the Public<br \/>\nauthority.
