RAMKUMAR, J.\n                 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                    Bail Application No.5913 2010\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                         DATED: 30.09.2010\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 <a href=\"\/doc\/445276\/\" id=\"a_1\">Cr.P.C<\/a>. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.539\/2010 of Vatanappally<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for an offence punishable under <a href=\"\/doc\/664789\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 406<\/a> and<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/445276\/\" id=\"a_2\">498A<\/a> read with 34 <a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_3\">I.P.C<\/a>., seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.   Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioners and the other circumstances of the case, I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, a<\/p>\n<p>direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the police station<\/p>\n<p>concerned to release the petitioners on bail for a period of one<\/p>\n<p>month in the event of their arrest in connection with the above case<\/p>\n<p>on each of them executing a bond for Rs. 15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen<\/p>\n<p>thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount<\/p>\n<p>to the satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\"><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">Bail A.No.5913 \/2010                -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>             1.     Petitioners shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n             Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n             Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>             2. Petitioners shall make themselves available for<br \/>\n             interrogation including custodial interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_2\"><p>             3.     Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to<br \/>\n             tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_3\"><p>             4.     Petitioners shall not commit any offence while<br \/>\n             on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_4\"><p>             5.
