Projects) under Bhisham Pitamah Flyover, Sewa Nagar,\n                                                                              Opp. A-235, Defence Colony Delhi-110003\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_9\">Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">Date in respect of query-1 will be provided. PIO was requested to provide drawing with measurement in<br \/>\nrespect to query-2. For query-4 provide specific correspondence with DDA. File number with respect to<br \/>\nquery-5 will be provided. PIO was also directed to facilitate an inspection to the appellant on 14\/05\/2010<br \/>\nin the office of EE (Parking Project). PIO was directed to provide the information to the Appellant within<br \/>\n10 days.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_12\">Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_13\">Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_14\">Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_15\">The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_16\">Appellant: Mr. Lajinder Singh;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_17\">Respondent: Mr. Anil Kumar, EE on behalf of Mr. Pradeep Bansal, PIO &amp; SE;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_18\">       The respondent has given information to the appellant after the order of the FAA also but there are<br \/>\nobvious discrepancies as given below:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_19\">   1-      The PIO has stated that the inception report of the consultant was received on 18 June 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_20\">           However, he also informed the appellant that the survey was carried out by the consultant from<br \/>\n           June2008 to August 2008. When asked to clarify the respondent states that there is no record<br \/>\n           of the date on which survey was carried out nor the date on which the MCD officers may have<br \/>\n           gone to survey.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_21\">   2-      The PIO has given drawing as per the drawings available in the file.
