Piri Bazar, District Lakhisarai.\n                                                                           -------Petitioner\n                                                    Versus\n                The State Of Bihar.\n                                                                     -----Opposite Party\n                                                  -------------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02\/-   29\/09\/2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                   The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with a case registered for the offence punishable under <a href=\"\/doc\/1599401\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     341<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/519920\/\" id=\"a_1\">23<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/555306\/\" id=\"a_2\">504<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_3\">34<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(X) of S.C.<\/p>\n<p>                     &amp; S.T. Prevention of Atrocities Act, is solitary named accused in<\/p>\n<p>                     this case of simple assault and abuse.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                   Submission is that the case is squarely covered<\/p>\n<p>                     under a decision of Hon&#8217;ble Apex Court in a case of &#8220;Jorgia<\/p>\n<p>                     Pentiah Vs. State of Andhra Pradesh reported in 2009 (1)<\/p>\n<p>                     BCCR 153 (SC)&#8221;.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                     the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                     weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                     Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Munger Harijan<\/p>\n<p>                     P.S.
