RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n             ------------------------------------------\n             Review Petition No.532 OF 2009 IN\n                    W.P.(C) No.165 OF 2009\n             ------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 6th day of August, 2009.\n\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      This review petition is filed by the official respondents in the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition stating that the writ petitioner is not having the<\/p>\n<p>seniority as per the records maintained by them to the post of<\/p>\n<p>part time Sweeper. It is therefore prayed that the directions to<\/p>\n<p>consider her, as per the interim order, in the vacancy of part time<\/p>\n<p>Sweeper may be reviewed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2. The relevant facts show that the writ petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>sponsored for appointment to the post of Hospital Attendant<\/p>\n<p>Grade-II earlier and the communication addressed to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to participate in the interview was sent in the wrong<\/p>\n<p>address, and therefore she could not appear for the interview.<\/p>\n<p>This Court had passed an interim order dated 02.01.2008<\/p>\n<p>directing the respondents to keep one post of Attender Grade-II<\/p>\n<p>unfilled.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\"><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">R.P. No.532\/2009                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">       3. Learned Government Pleader on written instruction from<\/p>\n<p>the District Medical Office, Kottayam dated 28.07.2009 submits<\/p>\n<p>that a vacancy of Hospital Attendant Grade-II exists in the said<\/p>\n<p>District. Therefore, it is suggested that if the petitioner forgoes<\/p>\n<p>her claim for appointment to the post of part time Sweeper, she<\/p>\n<p>can be interviewed for appointment to the post of Hospital<\/p>\n<p>Attendant Grade-II. The said submission is recorded. Learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the course<\/p>\n<p>suggested by the review petitioners is agreeable for the writ<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">       Therefore, if the writ petitioner forgoes her claim for<\/p>\n<p>appointment to the post of part time Sweeper, she will be<\/p>\n<p>interviewed in the vacancy of Hospital Attendant Grade-II as<\/p>\n<p>already       submitted by  the  learned    Government     Pleader.<\/p>\n<p>Appropriate action will be taken in the matter by the respective<\/p>\n<p>parties. On the writ petitioner submitting her consent to forgo<\/p>\n<p>her claim for appointment as part time Sweeper, she will be<\/p>\n<p>called for an interview with due intimation for appointment as<\/p>\n<p>Hospital Attendant Grade-II. The writ petitioner is directed to<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">R.P. No.532\/2009                  3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>give the consent as above within a period of one week from today<\/p>\n<p>and on receipt of the same, the competent authority among the<\/p>\n<p>review petitioners will issue call letter to the petitioner to attend<\/p>\n<p>for the interview for the post of Hospital Attendant Grade-II<\/p>\n<p>within a further period of ten days.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">       The review petition is accordingly disposed of.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                                  T.R.
