RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n              ---------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) No.13169 OF 2009\n               ---------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 16th day of October, 2009.\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      The petitioner joined as Lecturer under the 3rd respondent<\/p>\n<p>on 05.06.1989. The petitioner, after getting an opportunity for<\/p>\n<p>work and higher studies in Australia, applied for Leave Without<\/p>\n<p>Allowance as per Exhibit P1. Anticipating sanction of leave, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner left India and joined for the course in Australia.<\/p>\n<p>Presently, she is there along with her family. The petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>served with a show cause notice proposing to take action against<\/p>\n<p>her. The petitioner submitted Exhibits P3 to P5 representations<\/p>\n<p>seeking various reliefs.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2. The main prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the respondents to pass appropriate orders on Exhibit P1 leave<\/p>\n<p>application and keep in abeyance the disciplinary proceedings till<\/p>\n<p>orders are passed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.  On getting instructions, learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>submitted that already orders have been passed as per G.O.(Ms)<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">W.P.(C) No.13169\/2009                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>No.277\/2009\/H&amp;FWD dated 03.08.2009 removing the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>from service.        Therefore, it is for the petitioner to seek the<\/p>\n<p>remedy of appeal against the said order on receipt of the copy of<\/p>\n<p>the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>respondents may be directed to serve a copy of the same to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. Learned Government Pleader submitted that already<\/p>\n<p>copy of the order has been forwarded in her address in Australia.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">       Therefore, leaving open the remedy to challenge the same,<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition is closed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\n<p id=\"p_5\">                                     T.R.
