HEMA, J.\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                               B.A.No. 4515 of 2008\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                     Dated this the 21st day of July, 2008\n\n                                        O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">        Application for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">        2. The alleged offences are under sections 379, 468, 413, 414 read<\/p>\n<p>with <a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_1\">section 34<\/a> IPC. Petitioner is the 2nd accused. According to the<\/p>\n<p>prosecution, fake number plates were supplied by the petitioner for the use<\/p>\n<p>of the co-accused for facilitating theft of vehicles.                    The petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>arrested on 11-6-2008 and he is in custody since then. The learned Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor submitted that he has no objection in granting bail                       to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner at this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">        3. The petitioner is granted bail on the following terms and<\/p>\n<p>conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>        1) The petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a<\/p>\n<p>           bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two solvent sureties each for the<\/p>\n<p>           like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>        2) The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer<\/p>\n<p>           on every Monday and Thursday between 10 a.m. and 1<\/p>\n<p>           p.m. until further orders.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_2\"><p>BA 4515\/08                           -2-\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_3\"><p>     3) The petitioner shall not commit any offence while on bail<\/p>\n<p>        and in case of breach of this condition, bail is liable to be<\/p>\n<p>        cancelled.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_4\"><p>      The application is allowed.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_5\"><p>                                                K.
