Shikarganj Chiraiya, District\n                     East Champaran.\n                                                                                  -------Petitioners\n                                                         Versus\n                     The State Of Bihar\n                                                                             -----Opposite Party\n                                                     -----------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03\/-        27\/09\/2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                           Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who is armed with the<\/p>\n<p>                           carbon copy of the case diary.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         All the four petitioners apprehending their arrest, in<\/p>\n<p>                           connection with Chiraiya P.S.
