NO. 5019 OF 2009\n            = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n       Dated this the 27th day of February, 2009.\n\n                       J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      This writ petition is filed with a prayer to call for the<\/p>\n<p>records relating to the order of detention stated to have been<\/p>\n<p>made as per Ext.P3 and quash the same etc. Ext.P3 is a<\/p>\n<p>reply received by the petitioner herein wherein it has been<\/p>\n<p>answered that he is included in the Goonda list and so far as<\/p>\n<p>question Nos.2 and 3 are concerned it is recorded that<\/p>\n<p>information could not be disclosed as per S.8(h) of the Right<\/p>\n<p>to <a href=\"\/doc\/1965344\/\" id=\"a_1\">Information Act<\/a>. As directed by the Court the District<\/p>\n<p>Collector has filed a report stating that no detention order<\/p>\n<p>other than one issued on 11.6.2007 has been issued by the<\/p>\n<p>Collector against the petitioner. She has not received any<\/p>\n<p>report against the petitioner after 31.1.2008. This statement<\/p>\n<p>is filed on 20.2.2009 giving details as on that date. Since<\/p>\n<p>W.P.C 5019 OF 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                               -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>the information sought for is answered I do not want to pass<\/p>\n<p>any further orders in this writ petition at this stage.<\/p>\n<p>Recording the same the writ petition is closed.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                          M.N.
