Reply of the Appellant dated 22\/08\/2007 to AE(B), Shri A.K.Mittal, MCD,\n             Rohini (receipt no. 5244 dated 22\/08\/2007).\n         c. Application dated 01\/11\/2007 under <a href=\"\/doc\/864781\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 6(1)<\/a> of the RTI Act before Mr.\n             V.K.Malhotra, SE to E-in-C of MCD.\n         d. Ministry of Urban Development's letter no. 788\/DDR\/RTI\/2007\/DD-II dated\n             6\/11\/2007 forwarding the application to the MCD Commissioner for action.\n         e. Ministry of Urban Development's letter no. 788\/DDR\/RTI\/2007\/DD-II dated\n             20\/11\/2007 seeking para-wise information from the MCD Commissioner for\n             action.\n         f. 1st Appeal dated 6\/12\/2007 filed before Additional Commissioner against non\n             receipt of information.\n         g. Commissioner.\n         m. Ministry of Urban Development's letter no. 788\/DDR\/RTI\/2007\/DD-II dated\n             25\/03\/2008 forwarding 2nd appeal to Commissioner, MCD.\n              n. Ministry of Urban Development's letter no. 788\/DDR\/RTI\/2007\/DD-II dated\n                626\/03\/2008 copy of 2nd appeal to Commissioner, MCD for urgent action.\n             o. Letter no. PCP\/RU-476\/RZ\/RTI-07 dated 26\/08\/2008.\n             p. Letter no. PCP\/RU-476\/RZ\/RTI-07 dated 13\/10\/2008.\n\n    2-       Till dated how many representations\/complaints of the undersigned as well other\n             references have been received by the MCD, Rohini Zone through other\n             channels\/offices\/departments.\n    3-       Whether the concerned officials are required to furnish a reply to the Complainant\n             apprising him about the outcome\/action taken report on his complaint as per rule?\n    4-       Certified copies of departmental orders issued by MCD or any other higher\n             authorities, for dealing with the applications\/complaints received by the MCD\n             under <a href=\"\/doc\/671631\/\" id=\"a_1\">RTI Act<\/a>, 2005.\n\nPIO's Reply:\n   1-    a) to p) Movement of such type of correspondence is not readily available.\n   2-    The record of diary register are voluminous.\n   3-    It is not necessary to intimate complainant about the outcome\/action taken against\n         his complaint.\n   4-    The concerned official's deal with the application's received under the <a href=\"\/doc\/671631\/\" id=\"a_2\">RTI Act<\/a>.\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nThe requisite information has not been furnished by the said PIO to the applicant \/\nundersigned, so far.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority:\nNot mentioned.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\"> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">Appellant: Mr. P.C.Pande<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. A.C. Mittal, SE &amp; PIO(RH-I)<br \/>\nThe PIO has not been able to give satisfactory information so far. The PIO states that the<br \/>\nappellant asked for very voluminous information that therefore they are finding it difficult to<br \/>\nprovide the information. In such cases the PIO should used <a href=\"\/doc\/1322680\/\" id=\"a_3\">Section 7(9)<\/a> and offer<br \/>\nphotocopies of all the relevant files and alternately also inspection of the files. The PIO had<br \/>\nnot done this. Hence the PIO is now directed to provide the information as required by the<br \/>\noriginal RTI application.
