Today also when the application was taken up for hearing<br \/>\nin the first session it  was requested to keep the matter in the<br \/>\nsecond session and accordingly it was kept back.  Even in the  second<br \/>\nsession also, when again the matter is taken up for hearing, the<br \/>\nlearned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants is absent.<br \/>\nHence, dismissed for non-prosecution.
