No.9923 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                             This application under <a href=\"\/doc\/100581\/\" id=\"a_1\">section 5<\/a> of the<br \/>\n                 Limitation Act is filed by the appellant for condonation<br \/>\n                 of delay of 43 days occurred in filing the Letters Patent<br \/>\n                 Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                             On the facts and in the circumstances of the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         case, the delay is condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                    Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.<br \/>\n                    LPA. No.1890 of 2010<br \/>\n                    This Appeal preferred by the writ petitioner<br \/>\n         under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent arises from the<br \/>\n         judgment and order dated 23rd August 2010 made by the<br \/>\n         learned Single Judge in above CWJC. No.12611 of 2010.<br \/>\n         The appellant&#8217;s claim for compassionate employment in<br \/>\n         the respondent State Bank of India made 14 years<br \/>\n         after it was rejected on 21st June 1995 has been rejected<br \/>\n         by the learned Single Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                    The claim is ex facie belated and could not<br \/>\n         have been accepted by the court. Besides,          learned<br \/>\n         advocate Mr. Kaushlendra Kr. Sinha has submitted that<br \/>\n         the scheme for compassionate employment in the State<br \/>\n         Bank of India has been abolished since the year 2005.<br \/>\n         In either view of the matter, the appellant is not entitled<br \/>\n         to compassionate employment more than 15 years after<br \/>\n         the death of his father.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                    No case for interference is made out.<br \/>\n                    The Appeal is dismissed in limine.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                                    (R.
