However, learned advocate for<br \/>\n\tthe petitoner has invited this Court&#8217;s attention to the fact that on<br \/>\n\tearlier occasion these matters were listed before the Division Bench<br \/>\n\talso as could be seen from the order dated 17\/7\/2009 passed in these<br \/>\n\tmatters, where the Division Bench has passed the following order:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\t  &#8220;Learned<br \/>\n\tCounsel on either side submitted that parties are negotiating in the<br \/>\n\tmatter and they are hopeful of settling the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">    Post the matters on 30.7.200.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">In<br \/>\n\tview of this, when there is no specific order indicating that the<br \/>\n\tmatters were ordered to be listed before the Single Judge, it would<br \/>\n\tbe most appropriate for the office to<br \/>\n\tobtain orders of the Honourable The Chief Justice with regard to<br \/>\n\tplacement of the matters.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                                           [<br \/>\nS.R.
