Appellant and Additional<\/p>\n<p>General Manager of the 1st respondent-company are also present.<\/p>\n<p>After discussion, appellant and first respondent agreed that the<\/p>\n<p>appellant will pay a further amount of Rs.6,00,000\/-(Rupees six lakh<\/p>\n<p>only) to the 1st respondent in full and final settlement of of all the<\/p>\n<p>disputes, in the following manner:<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     Rs.3,00,000\/-(Rupees three lakh only) will be paid on or before<\/p>\n<p>23.04.2009 and the balance amount of Rs.3,00,000\/-(Rupees three<\/p>\n<p>lakh only) will be paid on or before 23.7.2009. It is also agreed that if<\/p>\n<p>the payment is not made within the specified period, the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent will be entitled to execute the decree and the appeal will<\/p>\n<p>stand dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">     The R.F.A. is settled as above.
