MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tAfter<br \/>\nsome arguments, counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant on<br \/>\ninstructions from the appellant sought for permission to withdraw the<br \/>\nwrit petition, namely, Special Civil Application No.11921 of 2009, to<br \/>\nenable the appellant to raise all contentions  by taking out<br \/>\nappropriate  proceedings challenging the order dated  9th<br \/>\nNovember 2009, as the same has not been decided by the learned Single<br \/>\nJudge.
