Looking to the averments made in<br \/>\n\tthis application, delay of 45 days occurred in preferring the First<br \/>\n\tAppeal is sufficiently explained. The averments made in this<br \/>\n\tapplication have remained uncontroverted.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">In<br \/>\n\tview of this, the delay deserves to be condoned and is accordingly<br \/>\n\tcondoned.
