JUMRATI MIYAN.\n                                               Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR &amp; ANR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\"> 02.     25.11.2010              Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                      State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                 Torture for demand of dowry is the allegation.<\/p>\n<p>                      Innocence is the defence followed by leaving of matrimonial home<\/p>\n<p>                      by the informant herself rather desertion on her behalf. For its<\/p>\n<p>                      corroboration, observation made by the Sessions Judge is pointed<\/p>\n<p>                      out that attempt was made to reconcile the differences for<\/p>\n<p>                      restitution of the relation, but was not accepted by the informant<\/p>\n<p>                      and all the family members are made accused in this case.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                      case, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one<\/p>\n<p>                      month from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order,<\/p>\n<p>                      the above named petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                      bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                      the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                      Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P. S.
