Justice P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON\n\n Dated :06\/04\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON, J\n                     ---------------------------\n                       W.P(C) No.11902 of 2010-K\n                    ----------------------------\n                  Dated this the 6th day of April, 2010.\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Being aggrieved of Ext.P1 order passed by the second respondent,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 appeal, along with Ext.P4 petition for<\/p>\n<p>stay; which are pending before the first respondent.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.      The petitioner is constrained to approach before this Court<\/p>\n<p>because of the coercive steps taken by the concerned respondents by<\/p>\n<p>virtue of Ext.P5 demand notice issued under the Kerala Revenue Recovery<\/p>\n<p>Act, which is under challenge in this Writ Petition.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.      Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">      4.      Considering the facts and circumstances, the first respondent<\/p>\n<p>is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 petition for<\/p>\n<p>stay, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
