\nKarnatallta Co–operativ.eSocieties Act, 1959, no person shall<\/p>\n
be eligible re: admissionlas a member of a Co-operative<\/p>\n
 society\u00ab:.if  ycarries~on…a business of the same kind carried<\/p>\n

the’ .C”c\u00a5operati_vc1′ society carrying on the business of a same<\/p>\n
‘as itselfl tit.’ is further argued that the 2nd respondent–Sanga<\/p>\n
V’ and ‘S Miranda Education Society are engaged in similar<\/p>\n
 of running the educational Institutions. Therefore,<\/p>\n

2. Learned HCGP appearing;\n<\/p>\n
submits that on an application made  the p_ei.itioner’;–‘ ‘IS?’<\/p>\n
respondent has initiated proceedings underlCla_”use’s  and<\/p>\n
(C1) of Sub–section [1] oi’vSe.ction..i’i’T Act<\/a> against the 3rd<\/p>\n
respondent in case No. 1_”Z[‘.2}_,_\/2010~1l and<\/p>\n
the case is nowJp.ost.ed  She further submits
\nthat the 1st re’sf;ondvei-;t.Vviiil.l__;.tal1:e7_ap}317Qpriate action in this<\/p>\n
regard in, accordtanc;o;:_witli. ‘law. ‘ ”<\/p>\n
3. llnlvievsr  ‘s’u1,_hn:iission of learned HCGP, no<\/p>\n
further ‘orcier needs to be passed in the writ petition in so far<\/p>\n
 as the 3″lres”po_ndent is concerned since the ls’ respondent<\/p>\n
 initiated the proceedings against the 3rd<\/p>\n
2  respondent onfal complaint made by the petitioner.<\/p>\n
  The 4″‘ respondent has already been disqualified<\/p>\n
  the membership of the 2″” respondent–Sangha. He has<\/p>\n
i<\/p>\n

challenged the order of his disqualification in case No.JRV<\/p>\n
MD 67\/2009-10. In the said case, the 151 respondent has<\/p>\n
granted an interim order as per Annexure–K. Leamed<\/p>\n

11 and JRVIVID =-.10 ‘av\u00bbp.e’riod of three months<\/p>\n
from the date of  of this order. Ordered<\/p>\n
