The learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner submits that no further directions are, in these<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, necessary in this Writ Petition and this Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition can now be dismissed without any fetter on the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s right to challenge the said order. The said request is<\/p>\n<p>accepted.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.
