2.      02.11.2010              1.      Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned<\/p>\n
                        counsel for the respondents and learned counsel for the State.<\/p>\n
                                2.      All the aforesaid six writ petitions are directed<\/p>\n
                        against the decision of the Darbhanga Zila Parishad which has<\/p>\n
                        decided to enhance monthly rental of the shops situated in its<\/p>\n
                        campus.\n<\/p>\n
                                3.      Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that<\/p>\n
                        during the pendency of this writ petition, amicable settlement has<\/p>\n
                        taken place between the parties according to which the Parishad<\/p>\n
                        has reduced the rental. In the said circumstances petitioner does<\/p>\n
                        not want to press these writ petitions.\n<\/p>\n
                                4.      Accordingly, all these six writ petitions are<\/p>\n
                        dismissed as not pressed.\n<\/p>\n
