DIVISOINAL      MANAGER     BIHAR  STATE   ROAD   TRANSPORT\n                        CORPORATION (B.S.R.T.C.), DHANBAD.\n                                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">08.     15.11.2010                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     Bihar State Road Transport Corporation(hereinafter referred to as the<\/p>\n<p>                     Corporation) as also perused the supplementary counter affidavit filed on<\/p>\n<p>                     behalf of the Corporation, wherefrom it appears that a sum of Rs.39768.50\/-<\/p>\n<p>                     has been paid to the petitioner vide cheque No.012976 dated 5.12.2009 of<\/p>\n<p>                     the Divisional Manager, Jharkhand Ranchi.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                   2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that cheque<\/p>\n<p>                     No.012976 dated 5.12.2009 has not yet been received by the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                   3. Let petitioner appear before the Deputy Chief Accounts<\/p>\n<p>                     Officer, who affirmed the affidavit dated 4.11.2010 and if it is a fact that<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner has not received payment pursuant to cheque No.012976 dated<\/p>\n<p>                     5.12.2009, the amount be paid to him by another cheque of the same amount<\/p>\n<p>                     within one month of his appearance, whereafter petitioner is granted liberty<\/p>\n<p>                     to make representation to the Deputy Chief Accounts Officer, if he disputes<\/p>\n<p>                     his entitlement and the Deputy Chief Accounts Officer shall be obliged to<\/p>\n<p>                     dispose of the same by a reasoned order, as early as possible, in any case<\/p>\n<p>                     within one month from the date of receipt of the representation from the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                   4.
